♆ My Story

dfimageDeb Fox is not a rag to riches girl, but she is a teenage mother who became a CPA.   Although it was a tough road traveled she learned how to make smart financial decisions to care for herself and her son. She developed a head for numbers and has a heart for people.

A lot of good people helped Deb, beginning when she became an Emancipated Minor at 15 1/2 years of age. They helped her learn, grow, and achieve. She wants to help others do the same. She believes in “Paying it Forward”.  Good relationships make life rich.

Deb has a BA in Accounting from the University of Texas and earned her CPA  (TX) certificate in 1997.  She also holds the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designation. She enjoys studying IRS tax rules because it can help her and her clients save money.

Her career experience includes 7 years in Risk Management and 15 years in the Commercial Property & Casualty Brokerage Industry.  She is currently helping individuals and small business owners pro-actively plan for their financial future.  Deb tries to provide a “Holistic View”  for her clients by watching both the upside (money) and the downside (risk) of various events.

Deb practices the “Art of Heart” by giving back to her community. She has been an advocate for teenage mothers, a teacher for NAMI, and a financial mentor for families that live in Habit for Humanity homes.  She actively seeks to support others in her community.  If there is something she can do to help you, please let her know.
